Healing Homes Consultation Session Non-Refundable Policy

At Healing Homes, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized consultation services tailored to meet the specific needs of your family. In order to ensure the best use of our time and resources, the following non-refundable policy applies to all consultation sessions:

1. Non-Refundable Payment:
   - All payments made for the consultation session are non-refundable. This applies once the booking has been confirmed, regardless of the outcome or decision to proceed with further services.

2. Rescheduling Policy:
   - Clients may request to reschedule a consultation session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated based on availability.
   - Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation may incur an additional fee.

3. Cancellations:
   - If a client chooses to cancel the consultation after booking, the payment remains non-refundable. However, we will gladly reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time, provided the cancellation occurs more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.
   - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the consultation fee, and no rescheduling will be offered without an additional charge.

4. No-Shows:
   - In the event of a no-show, where the client does not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable, and no rescheduling will be provided.
